Good morning ladies! Well, good morning to the Gentlemen as well though I'm not sure this is a blog that would interest them. Today we are going to look at our legs. Ooooo probably not a good thing for most people.
Okay, I have two easy things for you to do to make your calf muscles more toned and get rid of that jiggle when you walk.
1.) Take the stairs. You've heard that a gazillion times. Well, that's because its true and it works. Not only will taking the stairs help tone your legs but will also put a little 'omph' in your behind. And who doesn't want a nice tight butt???
2.) When you're brushing your teeth (and following the steps I outlined for you), put your feet at shoulders lenght apart, rise up to stand on your toes, lower yourself, and then repeat for the entire time you're brushing. You should feel the burn really quick! Focus on doing at least twenty. Push push push!
