Step one to beating the frump

Do you know what the most tell tale sign (in my opinion) that shows others that a woman is unhappy with herself? Her body language. Ladies, the best and easiest thing you can do to remove the frump is to change how you hold yourself. So here is my daily advice on how to be the stunner we all know you are.

1.) Stand up straight. Research shows that good body posture can make it look like you've dropped ten pounds. TEN POUNDS, just by standing up straight. So throw those shoulders back, straighten that spine, and stop slouching. It might be a little tiring at first, but that's a good thing. Your muscles around your middle aren't used to it, so you'll be building those and making them strongers.
2.) Smile. Nothing is more attractive on a woman than a smile on her face. It makes people wonder what she's smiling about and makes her that much more mysterious. And it takes years off of your face.
3.) Start each day off on a positive note. Optimists live longer and healthier lives (not to mention happier ones too). So each morning when you look in the mirror, say something positive to yourself. It doesn't have to be serious. I normally say something like "hey there sexy, ready to conquer the world?" Tell yourself that you're beautiful!
